Club Member Rules
Simple rules that keep every Craft Club safe, fair and fun.

These rules apply to every Happy Place Craft Club class for children ages 3–12. By booking, families agree to them.
Parent or guardian stays
A parent or guardian must remain in the room and supervise their child throughout the club. At least 1 adult is required for every 3 children, and children leave only with the adult who brought them.
Credit only, no refunds
Club classes are non-refundable. If you cancel a paid class, you'll receive a class credit. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable.
Sick days and no-shows
If your child is sick, let us know before class starts and you'll get a class credit. A no-show without notice forfeits that class.
Kindness code
Be kind, share, take turns and respect supplies, hosts and other families. The first issue gets a friendly warning; a second issue means the family is asked to leave for the day, with no credit.
Photos are opt-in
We never post photos of your child unless you say yes when you add them. You can change your answer anytime by contacting us.
Pay to book
A spot is confirmed only after payment. Unpaid spots are held for 30 minutes and then released to other families.
