Subscription Terms
How our recurring plans are billed, renewed, and cancelled.

These Subscription Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and cover every recurring plan we offer.
1. Plans covered
- Membership — $59 / month for families.
- Monthly Adventure Box — recurring monthly box shipped to your door.
- Craft Host membership — $39 / month (Starter), $99 / month (Signature), or $990 / year (Annual).
- Community Partner — $249 (Sunshine Starter), $499 (Flamingo Growth), or $799 (Tropical Signature) per month.
2. Billing and renewal
- All subscriptions are processed by Stripe using the payment method you provide.
- Monthly plans renew every month on the same date; annual plans renew every 12 months.
- Renewals continue automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout where required.
3. Free trials and promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional rate, the terms of that offer will be displayed at signup. Unless the offer states otherwise, your plan converts to the standard price at the end of the promo period and continues renewing until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@happyplacecraftspace.com.
- Family Membership, Adventure Box, and Craft Host plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Community Partner plans: 30 days' notice, so we can complete scheduled events.
- Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days and email you a reminder. Access, shipments, or scheduled events may be paused until payment succeeds. If we cannot collect payment, we may cancel the subscription.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Pausing service
Where a pause option is available (for example, skipping a monthly Adventure Box), you can activate it in your account. Not all plans support pausing — contact us if you need help.
8. Changes to plans and features
We may add, remove, or change plan features over time. Material reductions in an active plan will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel if the change is not acceptable.
9. Managing your subscription
Sign in and visit your account to update payment methods, change plans, pause where available, or cancel. If you need help, email support@happyplacecraftspace.com.
10. Business and governing law
Happy Place Craft Space is operated by PassionFlower Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in DeLand, Florida, USA. These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, with venue in Volusia County, Florida.
