These supplemental documents are shared here so families, Craft Hosts, community managers, and vendors can review them before signing up, booking, or partnering with us.
For families
- Child Participation Waiver — Waiver, release, and assumption of risk for a child participating in a Happy Place Craft Space craft club, event, or private booking.
- Parent / Guardian Release — Parent or guardian release covering participation, code of conduct, and communications for Happy Place Craft Space activities.
- Emergency Medical Release — Emergency medical authorization for children participating in Happy Place Craft Space programs when a parent or guardian cannot immediately be reached.
