Craft Host Code of Conduct
Behavior, safety, and child-protection standards every verified Craft Host must follow on the Happy Place marketplace.

This document is issued by PassionFlower Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a Happy Place Craft Space ("Happy Place," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Craft Host Agreement.
1. Child-first mindset
- Prioritize the physical and emotional safety of every child at every event.
- Use age-appropriate language, tools, and materials.
- Never be alone in an unobservable space with a child who is not your own.
- Immediately stop any activity that appears unsafe.
2. Professionalism
- Arrive on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately for a family audience.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with families, community managers, and Happy Place.
- Honor confirmed bookings and communicate cancellations as early as possible.
- Represent your skills, experience, and credentials honestly on your profile.
3. Zero tolerance
The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the marketplace and, where required, a report to law enforcement:
- Any form of child abuse, neglect, or endangerment.
- Discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or family status.
- Sexual, romantic, or grooming behavior toward a minor.
- Possession or use of drugs or alcohol during or immediately before an event.
- Possession of weapons at a family event.
- Retaliation against a family, child, or fellow Host who raises a safety concern.
4. Safety practices
- Keep a stocked first aid kit at every event.
- Follow age-appropriate use guidelines for scissors, glue guns, and other tools.
- Sanitize shared tools and surfaces between events.
- Clearly label materials containing common allergens (nuts, latex, dairy, etc.).
- Maintain a written attendance list and know how to contact each participant's parent or guardian.
5. Data and privacy
- Do not collect participant information outside the Happy Place platform without written consent.
- Do not share family contact details with third parties.
- Do not photograph or post images of children without checking the family's Media Release status.
6. Reporting incidents
Report injuries, near-misses, safety concerns, or behavior issues within 24 hours using the Safety Incident Report process.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the marketplace and termination of the Craft Host Agreement, at Happy Place's discretion.
