Community Partnership Agreement
Terms between Happy Place and a residential community, HOA, or organization that subscribes to programming.

This document is issued by PassionFlower Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a Happy Place Craft Space ("Happy Place," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Craft Host Agreement.
1. Scope
This Agreement applies to any residential community, apartment community, homeowners association, brokerage, corporate office, faith community, or nonprofit ("Community Partner") that purchases a Happy Place Community subscription or books recurring programming for its residents or members.
2. Programming
- Happy Place will provide the programming described in the selected plan (e.g., Sunshine Starter, Flamingo Growth, Tropical Signature).
- Program dates, themes, and Craft Hosts are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
- Community Partner will provide a suitable, safe venue and reasonable access, including tables, water, and power where applicable.
3. Community Partner responsibilities
- Communicate program dates to residents or members through normal channels.
- Ensure that participating children are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Comply with fire code, occupancy limits, and any venue-specific rules.
- Not resell, re-brand, or re-sell Happy Place programming outside the Community.
4. Fees, billing, and renewal
Fees are billed under the plan selected at checkout and renew automatically. Cancellation, refund, and termination terms are governed by our Refund Policy and Subscription Terms.
5. Insurance and liability
- Happy Place maintains general liability insurance and requires Craft Hosts to carry appropriate coverage.
- Community Partner is responsible for the safety and condition of its venue.
- Each party is responsible for its own negligence. Neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Marketing
Community Partner grants Happy Place a limited license to use the Community's name and logo in marketing that references the partnership. Happy Place will honor reasonable brand guidelines provided in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach after 15 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Happy Place may terminate immediately for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, non-payment, or conduct that places children or Craft Hosts at risk.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute lies in Volusia County, Florida.
