- Help with event setup and teardown, check-in, craft support, and cleanup as directed by the lead Craft Host.
- Follow the Host Code of Conduct and any venue rules.
- Report any safety concerns immediately.
3. Child safety
- Never be alone in an unobservable space with a child.
- Do not administer medication, transport a child, or take a child off-site.

4. Confidentiality
I will keep confidential any family, community, Craft Host, or business information I encounter while volunteering.
5. Assumption of risk and release
I understand volunteering involves inherent risks, including those described in our participant Waiver. I assume those risks and release Happy Place, PassionFlower Marketing LLC, its Craft Hosts, and venue partners from any claim arising from my volunteer service, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Background checks
Volunteers with recurring, unsupervised access to children may be required to complete a background check under our Background Check Authorization.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by Florida law.
