Photo & Media Release
Permission for Happy Place to use photos and video of participating children in marketing and community content.

This document is issued by PassionFlower Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a Happy Place Craft Space ("Happy Place," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Craft Host Agreement.
1. Grant of permission
Unless I opt out in writing, I grant Happy Place a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph and record my child during Happy Place activities and to use those photos, videos, and audio recordings ("Media") in:
- Marketing on our website, social media, and printed materials.
- Craft Host and community partner marketing that features the event.
- Newsletters, blog posts, and testimonials.
- Internal training and safety review.
2. No identifying details without consent
We will not publish my child's full name, school, home address, or exact residential community address alongside their image without my separate written consent.
3. Opt-out
I may opt out of Media use at any time by emailing support@happyplacecraftspace.com. We will remove my child from newly published Media promptly, but we cannot recall Media already printed, syndicated, or downloaded by third parties.
4. No compensation
I understand I am not entitled to compensation for the use of Media, and Happy Place owns all rights, title, and interest in the resulting Media.
5. Third-party photos
Other families may take photos at events. Happy Place cannot control third-party photography or social media posts by attendees.
6. Governing law
This Release is governed by Florida law.
