Parent / Guardian Release
General release signed by the parent or guardian covering participation, code of conduct, and communications.

This document is issued by PassionFlower Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a Happy Place Craft Space ("Happy Place," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Craft Host Agreement.
1. Authority
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) I am registering, and I have the legal authority to sign this Release on their behalf.
2. Acknowledgement of the program
I understand that Happy Place programs include craft clubs, community events, Craft Host bookings, private parties, and Adventure Box activities, and may take place in residential communities, public venues, private homes, and outdoor spaces.
3. Code of conduct
I agree that my family will:
- Treat Craft Hosts, staff, other families, children, and venue partners with respect.
- Follow safety instructions, venue rules, and program guidelines.
- Not bring weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol to youth activities.
- Not participate if my child is contagiously ill or has had a fever in the last 24 hours.
Happy Place and its Craft Hosts may remove any participant whose behavior endangers or disrupts the group, without refund.
4. Communications
I consent to receive event, membership, and safety-related communications from Happy Place at the email and phone number I provide, consistent with our Privacy Policy. I can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; transactional safety and account messages are not optional.
5. Release and assumption of risk
I acknowledge and accept the risks described in our Child Participation Waiver, which is incorporated by reference into this Release.
6. Governing law
This Release is governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute lies in Volusia County, Florida.
