Electronically consent to the background and registry screenings and pay the $50 background check to Happy Place with your application package. Your completion link is provided once payment clears.

Our team reviews results, agreements, and signatures.

Receive your verified badge and full dashboard access to start hosting.

Verified, every 12 months.
Background checks are renewed every 12 months to maintain Active Host status. We'll send reminders ahead of your renewal date so there's never a gap in coverage.

The "Verified Craft Host" badge appears on every approved host's public profile so families can register with confidence.
Verified hosts at every event.
Residential communities and venues listing public events on Happy Place Craft Space must designate a Verified Craft Host for each event. It protects residents, families, and your brand.
